Terms of Service

By accessing or using National Travel Key (“NTK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, mobile services, APIs, and related products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and National Travel Key. They apply to all visitors, users, members, vendors, and others who access or use the Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: • You are of legal age to form a binding contract, or you have obtained parental or guardian consent. • You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. • All registration information you submit is accurate, current, and complete, and you will keep it updated.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our sole discretion, you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or other users. You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide access to your account to any third party.

National Travel Key offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis through our payment partners (Stripe and Square). By selecting a paid tier, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle. • **Cancellations**: You may cancel your paid membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. • **Refunds**: All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. • **Changes**: We may modify subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fee.

NTK facilitates campground and park reservations through third-party booking systems (including Recreation.gov, county park portals, and vendor partners). We are not the operator of the campgrounds, parks, or accommodations listed on our platform. • We display availability information sourced from partner systems and do not guarantee real-time accuracy. • All cancellations, refunds, and modifications are subject to the policies of the campground or vendor. • NTK is not liable for overbooking, closure, or changes made by the park operator. • The Scout AI booking assistant provides recommendations and may initiate reservation requests on your behalf based on your explicit instructions.

NTK offers digital wallet features for certain partner locations (such as the Lake Dora Sandbar). Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable and may only be used for purchases within the designated partner network. • Wallet balances are stored in our secure system and linked to your account. • You authorize automatic deduction of wallet funds when you place an order or a vendor charges your account. • Family wallet features allow authorized adult members to allocate spending limits to child sub-accounts. You are responsible for all charges initiated by authorized sub-accounts.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Services (“User Content”), including reviews, photos, itineraries, forum posts, and chat messages. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You agree that your User Content will not: • Be unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory. • Infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights of others. • Contain malware, spam, or malicious links. • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation. We reserve the right to remove or disable User Content that violates these standards without notice.

You may not use the Services to: • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without written permission. • Circumvent security measures, access controls, or rate limits. • Impersonate another user, NTK staff, or a partner entity. • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to exploit the platform. • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services or other users’ accounts. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software. Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and may subject you to civil or criminal liability.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and other materials provided by National Travel Key are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any NTK materials without our prior written consent. The “National Travel Key” name, the NTK logo, Scout AI branding, and all related marks are our exclusive property.

NTK provides AI-powered tools including Scout AI, Anchor AI, and automated booking assistants. These tools are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. • AI-generated recommendations, forecasts, and advice do not constitute professional guidance (legal, medical, or otherwise). • You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-provided information before making travel, financial, or safety decisions. • NTK does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content and disclaims liability for decisions made based on such content.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. • Availability information displayed on the platform is accurate or current. • Any defects in the Services will be corrected. Your use of the Services is solely at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIONAL TRAVEL KEY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to NTK in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless National Travel Key and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms or conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
