Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 18, 2026

1. Introduction

National Travel Key (“NTK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website, mobile services, and related products (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information: • **Account Information**: Name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and password when you create an account. • **Profile Information**: Camping and travel preferences, dietary restrictions, rig type, insurance details, and destination interests — all of which you voluntarily provide to speed up future bookings. • **Payment Information**: Billing address and payment method details. Full card numbers are processed by our payment partners (Stripe and Square); we do not store complete card numbers on our servers. • **Usage Data**: Pages visited, features used, search queries, and interactions with Scout AI and other platform tools. • **Device & Log Data**: IP address, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, and timestamps. • **Location Data**: Approximate location derived from your IP address or GPS if you explicitly enable location-based features such as park maps or nearby hotel search. • **Communications**: Emails, support tickets, chat transcripts with Scout AI, and voice call records if you use our Scout call service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to: • Create and manage your account and travel profile. • Process reservations, payments, and wallet transactions. • Provide AI-powered trip planning, park recommendations, and availability alerts. • Send transactional messages — including one-time passcodes (OTP) for phone-based sign-in, booking confirmations, and payment receipts. • Communicate platform updates, scheduled maintenance, or policy changes. • Improve our Services through analytics, troubleshooting, and feature development. • Detect fraud, abuse, or security threats and enforce our Terms of Service. • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from government authorities.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances: • **Service Providers**: We engage trusted third-party vendors for hosting (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe, Square), SMS delivery (Twilio), mapping (Google Maps), and email delivery. These providers are contractually bound to use your data solely on our behalf and in compliance with this Privacy Policy. • **Park & Vendor Partners**: When you book a reservation or claim a deal, we share the minimum necessary booking details (name, contact info, rig type) with the campground or vendor to fulfill your request. • **Legal Compliance**: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public. • **Business Transfers**: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to: • Authenticate you and keep you signed in. • Remember your preferences (language, dashboard layout, last-viewed pages). • Analyze traffic and usage patterns to improve the platform. • Deliver relevant recommendations through Scout AI. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features — such as staying signed in or restoring your last page — may not function properly without them.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we will remove your profile data within 30 days, except where retention is necessary for: • Legal or regulatory compliance (tax records, dispute resolution). • Fraud prevention and security monitoring. • Aggregate, de-identified analytics that do not identify you personally. Backups containing deleted data may persist for up to 90 days in encrypted storage before being permanently purged.

7. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information: • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. • Database connections are encrypted and access is restricted by role-based permissions. • Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers (Stripe and Square); we never store full payment card numbers. • Regular security audits, penetration testing, and automated vulnerability scanning. • Multi-factor authentication is available and encouraged for all accounts. No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@nationaltravelkey.com.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights: • **Access & Portability**: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. • **Correction**: Update or correct inaccurate information through your Profile page. • **Deletion**: Request deletion of your account and associated data. • **Opt-Out**: Unsubscribe from non-transactional communications via the link in any marketing email. • **Cookies**: Manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. To exercise these rights, email info@nationaltravelkey.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children’s Privacy
